Wikileaks has a history of colorful fundraising stunts. Assange's latest: an eBay auction of various and sundry memorabilia, including "Julian Assange's Prison Coffee, Signed and Fingerprinted."

Scarce item of memorabilia from Julian Assange's time in prison. Julian Assange spent ten days in prison in Decmber 2010. When he left to go under house arrest in Norfolk he smuggled out this, one of three sachets of coffee. This rare item has been signed on one side: 'Julian A, Prison coffee, smuggled out of Wandsworth Prison by me on Dec 17 2010'. On the other side of the sachet Julian has inked a fingerprint. The sachet is unopened and is being sold to raise money for WikiLeaks.

Mexico: “Twitter terrorists” face 30 years in prison for inciting panic

Gilberto Martinez Vera, a 48-year-old school teacher, and Maria de Jesus Bravo Pagola, a radio host, are accused of spreading fake reports of gunmen attacking schools in Mexico's south-eastern city of Veracruz. The pair faces up to 30 years in prison.

The resulting panic caused dozens of car crashes after parents rushed to save their children from schools across the city and jammed emergency telephone lines, which "totally collapsed" under the pressure.

Gerardo Buganza, the interior secretary for Veracruz state, compared the ensuing chaos to Orson Welles's spoof news broadcast War of the Worlds in 1938. The two are facing charges under terrorism laws.

Folsom Prison Gangstaz: Eazy E vs. Johnny Cash
