Braaiday: South African barbecue parody of Rebecca Black’s “Friday”

In South Africa, the word “barbeque” translates to “braai” in Afrikaans but the word is used by all cultures in our country and people look at you funny when you use the word “barbeque”. We’re celebrating Heritage Day in South Africa on the 24th of September, but it has for past couple of years also affectionately been known as “National Braaiday.” Some guys made a parody of Rebecca Black’s Friday and called it “Braaiday”.
